A LO for a friend

I did a LO swap for a board that I am on and this is what I came up with from my friend Colleen. I had a really hard time because of the primary colors, but in the end I was happy with it!

Totals for the Year: 40 Layouts, 5 swaps completed (54 actual swap items), a chipboard album, and 6 cards!
